“No matter how good the team or how efficient the methodology, if we’re not solving the right problem, the project fails” - Woody Williams

The CEO’s statement

Organizations spend billions each year on projects delivery, and the industry is full of third-party contractors and consultants who promise the aspiration of successful projects delivery. It is time for infrastructure clients to invest on establishing ‘own’ internal program or project office (PMO) so that there is internal delivery frameworks and capabilities, even if it is for resources management, a projects’ war room or a hub for best practices.

For organizations without PMOs or those that require outsourced consulting services, we offer Project Management Consulting (Principal Agent in JBCC, Project Manager in NEC and Engineer in FIDIC). We take Clients from Stage 0 (Ideation) through Inception & Conceptualization until Project Handover and Close Out.

In South Africa, we are more accustomed to the scope of the PMUs (Project Management Unit) which have gotten a bad rap especially in the Public Sector in the last 15 years.
